Student perceptions of knowledge management and institutional readiness for online classes amid Covid-19 pandemic

Higher education has undergone substantial digital change due to the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic, which altered status quo in education. Universities across globe have initiated and adapted various course delivery modes mitigate this unprecedented situation. Among these responses, online classes continue be most common. Therefore, study examines institutional knowledge management readiness sustain delivery. Adopting a qualitative research design, used two methods, semi-structured interviews (n15) open questionnaires (n42), gather data. Reflexive thematic analysis was then analyse The findings underline that adaptability, flexibility, approachability virtual learning experience are critical determining an institution’s for classes. Based on student perceptions, faculties skills, integration innovative pedagogies, readiness, skills experience, resources main aspects determine universities learning.
